I spent the afternoon with these guys.  I would get close and they would swim away.  I moved away and they would come back.  There was a a small dingy tied up to a jetty so I decided to jump in it and hide to make the pelicans more comfortable.  As soon as I got in they came to the boat thinking I had some fish for them.  I soon learn't that if I bang the old bucket that was in the boat they would come even closer.  So basically I tortured these poor birds all for my photographic pleasure.  Life is cruel sometimes!
