One of the favourite things I like to do is fly my drone. It goes back to the days as a young guy I would make and fly remote control gliders. I love everything about flight apart from commercial travel on airliners. I could give that up tomorrow and be happy. Flying my drone over salt lakes is always rewarding. The view from up there is remarkable. Western Australia has so much interesting stuff to photograph from the air. We are lucky to have such a large desolate state that has been shaped over billions of years into something resembling an abstract painting.
