Returning Home

I have just returned home from an epic quick trip around the country.  It wasn't a true circumnavigation of Australia but I did manage to travel fourteen thousand kilometres in five weeks.  The purpose of the trip was to be in the Daintree to co present a photography workshop with my good friend Les Walkling.  I though it would be a good idea to drive over and get a few nice pictures along the way.  What I didn't think about was how bloody big this country is!  I am glad to be home but part of me wishes to be out exploring more remote places. There is a lot of nothing in Australia but in between all that there are some real gems.  Over the next few days I will post up some of the images I created from that trip.
