About 5 years ago I was doing a photography project in the South West with fellow photographers Tony Hewitt, Les Walkling, Peter Eastway, Nick Rains and my brother Michael. One of the stops was the Stirling Range. We were travelling with our own pilot and plane and on one flight we noticed the many salt lakes around Cranbrook. A month ago I was back in the area with my family and this time had my drone with me. This beautiful red and orange abstract is called Racecourse lake and is just north of town. I do love making these types of images. We have a similar one to this hanging in the gallery as I type. It looks spectacular large and framed.
